The Upper Thompson Sanitation District has a new billing software and 3rd party vendor for electronic online and telephone payments.
Credit/Debit Card payments will be assessed a 2.25% processing fee by our vendor. This includes recurring credit card ACH payments and payments by phone. The system is currently unable to process e-check payments.
To sign up for ACH without fees, using a bank account, call the office or send an email to secretary@utsdco.gov.
Phone payments can be made using your account number on the new automated system at 970-591-7898.

You can create a personal login on our Customer Portal using your customer number. Once you're logged in, you can:

• Make a one‑time credit card payment online (2.25% fee)
• Set up recurring credit card payments (2.25% fee)
• No‑fee option: Set up ACH payments from your bank. Download the ACH form at https://utsd.colorado.gov or call the office and we will send it to you.
